1. Micromax To Come Back With New Smartphones.
Micromax is planning to launch new smartphones soon in India. Micromax has started teasing about three new smartphones that they are going to launch also including a budget phone with new and premium design. With the anti-China sentiment that is going on right now, Micromax hopes to get back into the smartphone market again.
2. Jio Rs. 11,367 Crores Investment.
Jio has yet received another investment, this time from Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) worth Rs. 11,367 Crores for 2.32% stakes. With this investment, Jio has now raised over Rs. 1,15,693 Crores for a total of 24.70% stakes.
3. Huawei Surpassing Samsung.
Huawei has now become the world’s biggest smartphone manufacturer overtaking Samsung. While in this outbreak, all the other major smartphone manufacturers saw a downfall in their market share, Huawei gained 19% market share, becoming the world’s biggest smartphone maker.
4. TCL New 4K And 8K TVs Launched Today.
TCL Launched their new series of TVs today in India with display sizes varying from 50″ to 85″. The X915 (75″ 8K) is priced at Rs. 2,99,990. The C715 series is priced at Rs. 45,990 for the 50″, Rs. 55,990 for the 55″, and Rs. 79,990 for the 65″. The C815 series is priced at Rs. 69,990 for the 55″, Rs. 99,990 for the 65″, and Rs. 1,49,990 for the 75″ option.
5. Motorola Edge+ Major Display Issues.
Many Motorola Edge+ users have reported major display issues in their smartphones. Motorola Edge+ was a new flagship smartphone of Motorola launched in April and has already started receiving issues.
Some users are facing purple and green tint issues in their smartphones. Motorola hasn’t responded to this issue yet.
